The Rules of Childhood Part 6

Sometimes along the path from childhood to adulthood we lose track of the mysteries and the joys of life that our children see so clearly.

Here are a few more rules of childhood

Every person is a friend.

Every drum has to be struck.

Every locked door must be opened.

Food belongs in the mouth, on the face, and all over the hands and shirt.

Every sandbox is a beach.

Every wall must be written on.

Every dog’s tail must be pulled.

Every cat must be picked up.

Every grassy hill must be rolled down.

Every hill must be climbed (especially if is made of lose dirt)
